Description: Duties will include, in part; * Undertaking Management Surveys * Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys * Preparation of Survey Reports * Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with site visits * Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with asbestos removal specifications * Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with method statements The Candidate; The successful candidates should hold qualifications as above for Asbestos AFM Analyst and Asbestos Surveyor: BOHS P402 and BOHS P403 and P404 or equivalent Asbestos Surveying qualifications (e.g.: RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying and RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures)
